WHY WE HOLD PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT WE DO WITH IT:

In order to process orders and provide our services we need to collect basic information from our customers such as:

  • A record of any communication between us.

  • Information that is completed on our documentation such as name, address, email address and contact numbers of the couple.This is important as we have to have contact information to provide our services and to be able to reach either person on the wedding day.

  • By completing our documentation, purchasing items from us, or commissioning our services you are agreeing to our collection of your data.

  • If you tick our permission box we may send your emails about our products and services in the future. If you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent at anytime by contacting us at faye@fineartfaux.co.uk

We will only obtain your data when you contact us directly or if you complete one of our information forms. By contacting us or filling out our documentation or by using our company you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

  • We will not ask for your bank details.Payments are made to our account via bank transfer and/or cheque.We do not take card payments.

  • We password protect any documentation sent to you electronically.

  • We only keep your personal data for as long as we need to in order to carry out our services, or as long as we require it for accountancy purposes.

 

HOW YOU CAN REQUEST ACCESS TO OR CORRECTION OR DELETION OF YOUR DATA:

When we collect your e-mail address during the course of a sale or confirmation of a service you will be given the ability to opt out of any future marketing correspondence, providing details of upcoming promotions etc. If at any time you wish to opt out of any future marketing correspondence after opting in, please just email faye@fineartfaux.co.uk or contact Faye Richardson using the contact details above.
